Overview: This is My Earth (TiME) offers grants to conservation NGOs for purchasing and protecting land to benefit biodiversity. TiME works to conserve biodiversity and protect ecosystems globally through its Land Purchase Grant Program and Educational Program.

Funding Information:

• No maximum funding limit, but average applications range between US$20,000 and US$60,000, with a typical upper limit around US$100,000.

Eligibility Criteria:

• The land must be located in a biodiversity hotspot or an area with high conservation value and under threat of destruction or degradation.
• The land must be available for purchase, with a preference for organizations that can provide a formal title deed.
• The organization must have a clear conservation objective and a plan for the long-term management and protection of the land.
• The organization must be locally based or demonstrate capacity to work locally.
• The organization must have the legal and institutional capacity to purchase, manage, and protect the land.
• The organization must be a non-profit or NGO, with appropriate legal documentation.
