Eligibility
We welcome submissions from filmmakers in Africa, Asia, Latin America, Near and Middle East, and Eastern Europe. Both feature films (>60 minutes) and short films (<30 are="" be="" eligible.="" european="" given="" minutes="" or="" p="" premieres.="" priority="" to="" will="" world="">
