Mangadraft, in partnership with Clip Studio Paint, invites applications for the Global Comic Awards. Participants must produce an 8 to 16-page one-shot on the theme of "Legend."
Prize Information
- Grand Jury Prize: €3000 + Clip Studio Paint EX activation code (1 device, 3 years)
- Jury's Favourite: €2000 + Clip Studio Paint EX activation code (1 device, 3 years)
- Public Prize: €500 + Clip Studio Paint EX activation code (1 device, 1 year)
- Honourable Mentions (5): €100 + Clip Studio Paint EX activation code (1 device, 6 months)
Submission Guidelines
- Theme: Legend
- Format: One-shot, colour or black & white
- Pages: 8 to 16 pages max + 1 cover (9-17 pages total including the cover)
- Style: Free
- Tools: Traditional or digital
- Dimensions: Minimum width of 800px
- Language: French or English
- Additional: A 600 x 600px avatar/thumbnail for your project sheet
Rules
- Your comic must be suitable for all ages (no erotic or pornographic scenes).
- The use of AI is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
- Entries that have been featured in commercial magazines or won other prizes will not be accepted.
- Consent of a parent/guardian is required for participants under the age of majority.
