Programme Overview
The Residency Program hosts up to sixteen residencies each year, bringing artists from all over the world to London. All residencies are self-led, non-prescriptive, and process-based; they aim to enable artists to research and develop new work, engage with the city, and build their networks. Gasworks provides administrative, pastoral, and curatorial support throughout the residency, but residents are expected to be self-motivated and take charge of their research and production during their stay.

Eligibility Criteria
- Open to early-career contemporary visual artists based in Italy.
- Applications are welcome from contemporary visual artists of all ages, working in any discipline.
- Applicants must have at least a moderate level of spoken English and feel comfortable discussing their work in English.
