Program Overview
As we face significant structural changes impacting geopolitics, global governance, the economic order, and social dynamics over the next decade, nurturing a new generation of globally minded leaders is crucial. The LeadNext Fellowship is a fully funded program designed to harness the innovation and energy of young leaders. This fellowship emphasizes the importance of leaders who can drive meaningful change, address rising inequality, combat climate crises, and empower vulnerable communities.
Eligibility Criteria
LeadNext Fellows should be dynamic emerging leaders from any sector, committed to creative solutions for challenges such as climate change, inequality, and poverty. Ideal candidates will exhibit outstanding character and integrity, and have a strong interest in cross-cultural exchange.
- Aged between 18-25 throughout the program year
- Fluent in English
- Willing to attend all virtual sessions, understanding they will be scheduled across various time zones. Sessions will occur in the mornings in Asia and evenings in the United States, lasting approximately 2 hours each. The Summit requires full-time commitment.
