Program Overview

These scholarships are awarded to exceptional candidates who present specific and purposeful plans for advanced programs in unique or highly specialised disciplines not readily available in South Africa. For international scholarships, only those who demonstrate that they have advanced to a level where international tuition at a renowned institution or under the direction of global leaders in their particular discipline will contribute meaningfully to their chosen fields will be considered.

Who Can Apply?

Applications are encouraged from all disciplines (except for MBAs, DBAs, or programs with a narrow commercial focus). Preference may be given to students pursuing studies at local universities. The scholarships are open to South African citizens, permanent residents, and foreign nationals. Awards are made bi-annually.
