The UN Women is inviting applications for its eLearning course titled How to Manage Gender-Responsive Evaluation. This course aims to strengthen the evaluation function and develop core competencies in managing gender-responsive evaluations for UN Women staff.

Objective
The initiative, developed with contributions from UN Women staff globally, includes the UN Women Evaluation Handbook, an eLearning course, and a coaching program. It was created in collaboration between the Independent Evaluation Office, Human Resources, and the Training Centre.

Target Audience
This course is open to anyone globally, with a primary focus on UN Women staff, including MandE Officers/focal points and other staff managing evaluations, as well as senior management involved in evaluation processes.
