Purpose
The funding promotes the internationalization of Lithuanian startups by reimbursing travel costs to foreign startup events. This helps in establishing contacts with investors, partners, and clients.
Funding Information
- Total Funding: EUR 150,000, distributed as EUR 75,000 per period.
- Maximum Grant per Startup: EUR 3,500 for attending up to two different events in different foreign countries.
Eligible Events
- International events taking place abroad.
- High-tech and/or startup-related events.
- Relevant to the field of the applicant.
- Events must be held in a foreign country not listed as a restricted travel destination by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania.
- Events must occur between 1 January – 31 December 2024.
- A maximum of two events per startup in 2024 can be funded.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be startups registered in Lithuania for no more than 5 years. The event can be ongoing or scheduled for the future, but the costs must have been incurred at the time of application.
