Course Overview
Submissions are now open for the course designed to provide an overview of the Essential Services Package for Women and Girls Subject to Violence: Core Elements and Quality Guidelines, which was launched in 2015 by UN Women, UNFPA, WHO, UNDP, and UNODC.
These Guidelines identify comprehensive essential actions to be provided by the health, justice and policing, and social services sectors, as well as offer guidance for the coordination of essential services for women and girls who have experienced violence. The Guidelines are a practical tool aimed at supporting countries as they design, implement, and review existing services for women and girls who are survivors of violence in various settings.
