The Psoriasis Association is now inviting proposals for its Research Grants. These grants aim to support research into the causes, nature, and care of psoriasis and to disseminate the results of this research.
Prize Information
- Grant Amount: £94,000 (distributed as £31,334 for the first year and £31,333 for each of the following two years).
- Travel Bursary: Up to £1,000 per successful PhD student for travel and conference registration, with justification required. Students are encouraged to present their work.
- Duration: Maximum of 3 years for the studentship.
Eligibility Criteria
- Available to any UK-based research institution seeking to fund PhD-level research into psoriasis.
- Applications must be submitted by research institutions, not directly by prospective students.
- No more than one application per principal applicant per application round.
- A principal applicant can hold a maximum of 2 Psoriasis Association Studentships at any one time.
- No top-ups or extensions are available.
Application Deadline
Applications must be submitted by 9th December 2024.
