Enabel has launched the Promotion and Dissemination of Information on Sexual and Reproductive Health & Rights Program to strengthen socio-economic resilience, access to basic social services, and social cohesion of vulnerable populations in Burkina Faso, particularly women, young people, and marginalized groups.
Objectives
The general objective of this call for proposals is to ensure that communities and stakeholders, especially women, youth, internally displaced persons (IDPs), and vulnerable groups, have inclusive, equitable, and sustainable access to quality, flexible, and innovative basic social services.
Specific Objective: Empower women, youth, adolescents, IDPs, and host communities with quality information on sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) to strengthen their decision-making power and usage of SRHR services in the community and health facilities.

Funding Information
Any request for a subsidy under this call for proposals must be between:
- Minimum Amount: EUR 250,000
- Maximum Amount: EUR 305,612
Outputs
The program has three key outputs in the area of resilience and access to basic social services:
- Output 01: More inclusive and equitable access to a broader range of sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) services.
- Output 02: Quality and flexibility of SRHR services reinforced.
- Output 03: Strengthened inclusive community governance in health planning and management.
Duration
The initial planned duration of an action cannot be less than 18 months nor exceed 24 months.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for subsidies, the applicant must:
- Be a legal person and a private non-profit actor or foundation.
- Be established or represented in the Central-East and/or Central Plateau Regions of Burkina Faso.
- Be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with co-applicant(s) and not act as an intermediary.
