The Transatlantic Foundation (TF), in cooperation with the Black Sea Trust for Regional Cooperation of the German Marshall Fund of the United States, is launching a call for proposals for CSOs from the EaP (Eastern Partnership) countries to apply for networking grants to support collaborative projects.
Areas of Support
CSOs can apply for funding to support various networking activities, including:
- Regional network-building: Organizing conferences, workshops, and online platforms to foster collaboration.
- Cross-border cooperation: Supporting joint initiatives that address shared challenges.
- Exchanges of best practices: Facilitating the exchange of lessons learned and innovative approaches.
- Advocacy: Strengthening CSOs' collective voice through joint advocacy and policy engagement.
The activities can focus on topics such as democracy promotion, civic engagement, human rights, media, disinformation, transparency, and the rule of law.
Funding Details
- Grant Amount: 30,000 EUR
- Project Duration: Up to 12 months
- The grant will cover logistical and content-related costs for convenings.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the grant, CSOs must:
- Demonstrate the capacity to lead a regional networking/cooperation project.
- Involve organizations from at least three EaP countries.
- Be registered and active in an EaP country.
- Show a clear need for the funding and how the project will strengthen an existing partnership or create new collaborations.
