The fully funded, 12-month India Leadership Journey is designed to provide talented mid-career women leaders in health with a safe space to explore their authentic leadership through vulnerability and reflection. This program offers an inclusive and diverse network, tools and strategies for enhancing voice, presence, and influence, all supported by a powerful group of peers, mentors, and coaches.

Program Overview
The India Leadership Journey imparts contextualized tools and frameworks to address the challenges faced by women leaders in global health. Participants will engage in two in-person experiential learning residencies (Immersion and Lift-Off), virtual learning touchpoints, group mentoring, one-on-one coaching sessions, and a self-directed leadership project. They will be supported by their Leadership Journey community and health sector experts.

Eligibility Criteria
- Identify as a woman.
- Work in a role focused on public health policy, practice, and/or research in India.
- Have 10-25 years of experience in public health in India.
- Be an Indian National, residing and working within India.
- Possess ease in written and verbal communication in English.
