The Kosovar Civil Society Foundation (KCSF), in partnership with the USAID mission in Kosovo, invites applications for the Training of Trainers program focused on mobilizing new financial and non-financial resources for civil society organizations (CSOs) in Kosovo.

Program Details
The training will be held from September 23 to 25, 2024, in Prishtina. It will be conducted in English with translation available in Albanian and Serbian. This training aims to introduce community fundraising models and strengthen the links between CSOs and their constituencies.
The goal is to expand the pool of professional trainers skilled in various fundraising models to ensure greater sustainability for CSOs. Certified trainers will join a network of KCSF trainers and have opportunities for ongoing engagement in future trainings.
Key areas covered include:
- Research and identification of various financing sources for CSOs
- Analysis of fundraising models such as donations, membership fees, individual campaigns, cross-sector partnerships, and digital campaigns
- Building partnerships with businesses
- Preparation of fundraising campaigns and events
- Effective methods for collecting funds from individuals and businesses
- Mobilizing the diaspora for fundraising
- Utilizing technology for fundraising
Eligibility Criteria
Individuals with experience and interest in civil society organizing and community activism are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in fundraising for CSOs and implementing fundraising campaigns is considered an advantage. KCSF promotes inclusiveness regarding gender, ethnicity, and geographic representation from all regions of Kosovo.
