The Tomorrow's Leaders Program offers undergraduate and graduate scholarships to exceptional students from socioeconomically underserved backgrounds who represent the cultural and geographic diversity of the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).

About Tomorrow's Leaders Program

By joining the Tomorrow’s Leaders Program, participants become part of a vibrant community with a comprehensive support system, including mentorship and personal development initiatives. Undergraduate participants have the opportunity to study abroad in the United States for a semester, immersing themselves in American culture and expanding their global outlook. Upon graduation, participants join a network of over 1,000 program alumni serving as leaders across the MENA region.

Eligibility Criteria

Undergraduate Program:

  • Applicants must have citizenship or nationality from: Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Syria, Tunisia, the West Bank/Gaza, or Yemen.
  • American citizens or U.S. Legal Permanent Residents are not eligible to apply.
  • Current high school seniors or applicants who graduated from high school in 2024. Applicants from Iraq, Libya, Syria, West Bank/Gaza, and Yemen who graduated high school in 2023 are also eligible.
  • Strong academic credentials, maturity, adaptability, and leadership potential.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English. Minimum TOEFL iBT score of 80, received within two years of the program start date, required for university admission. Intensive English language training may be available if needed.
  • Ability to travel and start the undergraduate program in August 2025.
  • Demonstrate financial need, underrepresented or economically deserving students should provide supporting financial documentation.

Graduate Program:

  • Applicants must have citizenship or nationality from: Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Syria, Tunisia, the West Bank/Gaza, or Yemen.
  • American citizens or U.S. Legal Permanent Residents are not eligible to apply.
  • Strong academic credentials, maturity, adaptability, and leadership potential.
  • Evidence of academic English proficiency as required by the relevant graduate program.
  • Participants must commit to completing their master’s degree within two academic years.
  • Ability to travel and start their graduate program in August 2025.
  • Meet admission requirements at the host university (additional information provided on the website).
  • Demonstrate financial need, underrepresented or economically deserving students should provide supporting financial documentation.
