The Nordic Information on Gender (NIKK) is now accepting applications for the Nordic LGBTI Fund. The fund aims to stimulate Nordic cooperation in the LGBTI area as part of the Nordic Cooperation Programme on Gender Equality, including equal rights, treatment, and opportunities for LGBTI people in the Nordic region.

Funding Information
The amount applied for should be between DKK 50,000 and DKK 500,000.
Eligible Activities and Beneficiaries
The following activities may be funded:
- Staging of Nordic gatherings or meetings
- Investigations and inquiries
- Network-building
- Activity projects
- Participation of volunteer organisations in Nordic or international conferences/courses/meetings
The Nordic LGBTI Fund targets a broad range of beneficiaries, including:
- Voluntary, not-for-profit organisations
- Networks
- Government agencies and other public sector entities
- Researchers and research groups
- Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
Eligibility Criteria
- Each project must involve at least three Nordic countries, with the Faroe Islands, Greenland, and Åland considered one country.
- Projects involving neighbouring regions like Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania require the participation of at least two Nordic countries.
- The lead applicant should come from a Nordic country.
Ineligibility Criteria
- Activities already funded by the Nordic Council of Ministers for Gender Equality and LGBTI or other sectors of the Nordic Council of Ministers.
- Activities submitting a budget in a currency other than DKK.
- Applications submitted after the deadline.
- Incomplete applications missing mandatory fields or required documentation.
- Political party organisations.
