What is the ALC Scholarship?
The ALC (African Laser Centre) Scholarship/Bursary Support program, managed by the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), offers funding to stimulate groundbreaking research and technology development in lasers and their applications. The initiative is recognized as an AU-NEPAD Flagship Programme and works to foster local, continental, and global partnerships.
Key Benefits of the ALC Scholarship
- Master’s Level: R90,000 per annum, for up to two years.
- Doctoral Level: R120,000 per annum, for up to three years.
